the main feature in this is past-participle "did" (there's a fair
amount of literature on "had" + PSP conveying simple past or
perfect).  my first looks at stuff on the web seemed to unearth a
difference between PSP "did" in with "have"/"had" + PSP and PSP "did"
in passives: the former seems to be mostly associated with black
speakers, the second to be much more general.  but that's just an
impression.
