An interesting flare-up appears to be brewing on the OUP blog in connection
with the Word-Of-The-Year post. Among other things, it mentions "birther"
and "teabagger" as the runners-up to "unfriend". This appears to get the
goat of some conservatives who suddenly started objecting to the association
between the "TEA Parties" and "teabagging". There are several comments
complaining about the OUP being demeaning to the Patriots. The whole thing
is quite laughable, but it's there on display.
