The google collocation game

Now with Google's autofill choices -- the choices given when you start
typing in the search box -- you can get collocations (following
collocations, and sometimes it will even suggest preceding
collocations) instantly for almost any word you could think of. Also
collocations of more than two words. They seem to be ordered by
frequency, but that's just my impression; I haven't seen any
documentation stating that.
Of course this is collocation based on search terms, but considering
its speed, and availability to the general public (free), it's quite a
significant development in lexical research technology.
