Further evidence of the fall of English?

"Estamos _trabajando duro para estar al 100%_ ..."

Perhaps a calque on English "working hard ..."? My knowledge of
Spanish isn't sufficient for me to be certain that "trabajando duro
para estar al 100%" is not the the way that "working hard to be at
100%" is normally expressed in Spanish.
