Prucher's Oxford Dictionary of Science Fiction has:

1966 R. C. W. Ettinger _Worlds of Tomorrow_ (Nov.) 71/2: His wife Mildred,
has made many contributions, including a new name for the frozen, brittle
people: Homo Snapiens. (This is certainly more dignified than Fred Pohl's
"corpsesicles.")

1969 F. Pohl _Age of Pussyfoot_ 210: It is true, however, that no corpsicle
has yet been thawed and returned to life.

>From the first quote, it would seem the Pohl had an earlier use of the term,
but it's not in the dictionary.
