Follows the generalization, what with the technical nature of the base.

More seriously, I think the phonology helps here, as with "chestal",
which rhymes with "vestal" just as "cuntal" rhymes with "frontal".
There are also "about 3,240" raw hits for "breastal", as in "breastal
area/region".
