Could "J. W. Name" have been Tony Alamo? Tony and Susan Alamo owned
"The Alamo", a business in Nashville that sold gaudy clothes as might
have been worn by Porter Wagoner on a dress-up day. Their tagline --
"The Alamo -- Where the Stars Shop!"
Tony later got into trouble with his "Tony Alamo Christian Ministries"
-- a cult. His current mailing address is the federal prison in Tucson
AZ.
