Heard on Vanguard TV's "War Crimes" documentary (2010). Unfortunately I
didn't see the speaker, but I think he was from Colorado or Oregon and
sounded young and white: "The biggest problem is-that-is nobody's really
looking at the problem."

Slip-up?  Or SOTA?
