A Geico TV commercial features R. Lee Ermey (the drill instructor from _Full
Metal Jacket_) in the role of a psychotherapist.  He erupts into a rage and
says to his sniffling patient, "Maybe we should chug on over to Mamby-Pamby
[sic] Land where *maybe* we can find a little self-confidence for you!!  Ya
jackwagon!!!!!!!...Tissue?"

I first saw the commercial a month or so ago, but UrbanDictionary.com has
"jackwagon" from 2005.

Nearly 20,000 RGs on "jackwagon."  The commercial:
