Just for the record, an OED researcher checked the 1980
_In-Your-Face-Basketball Book_ by Wielgus and Wolff, and the
phrase _my bad_ is _not_ found therein (neither in the
glossary nor the text). It is in the same authors' 1986
_Back-in-Your-Face Guide to Pick-Up Basketball_.
