The date tag can be wrong, of course, but there seems to be little doubt
of the source.

The search reveals "Subscribe for 1967" on at least two separate pages,
and other usual methods show that the entire 1966 volume is contained
therein. There are two hits for 1968--with the one visible showing
"forecast for 1968".
