"Worker Present" (instead of the usual "Men Working")

At an intersection in the hallway of my office building there is currently a
warning sign, "WORKER PRESENT". Around the corner is a ladder, under a place
in the ceiling where the tiles have been removed.

It's not sex-specific; and there's usually no more than one worker there at
a time.
