I'm reminded of "cyber-not", a kind of negative spin-off or spin-back
of "cybernaut", referring to those who didn't engage with the new
technology. Now it appears to have generalized to internet filters
for "porn-proofing kids", whence "cyber-NOT block lists" and such.
