Given that the sign was sighted (sited?  cited?) outside a pub in Glasgow,
and the locals there pronounce (or pronounced) "The Saracen's Head" as "The
Sarry Heed", one hesitates to think what an audio recording of the landlord
enunciating the name of his hostelry would sound like.
