D'oH!! Of course, there is no Postage Act until December 1796. The
Wiki-invented Postage Act of 1765 is actually ... the Stamp Act of
1765, which included provisions on postage and street numbers. Go
figure! And Stamps of the Stamp Act only peripherally dealt with
postage... It's funny how the world works sometimes...
