"Aquapocalypse" in a (local) newspaper of record.

 From The Arlington (Mass.) Advocate, May 13, 2010, page 27, col. 5:

      "While the so-called 'Aquapocalypse' was only an exercise in
most communities, there were actual, measurable risks to drinking tap
water in Arlington during some of the time when the Massachusetts
Water Resource Agency had to use backup water tanks.  [More
correctly, backup reservoirs.]
      "On Sunday May 2, a water pipe along Medford Street tested
positive for chloroform bacteria at two times during the day ...
."  [Perhaps the chloroform bacteria arose from the extra chloroform
the MWRA added to its backup water supplies to increase consumer protection.]
