More on Blumenthal & NYTimes

I'll wait to see what comes out of the discussions.   I consider it
quite possible that both the NYTimes and Blumenthal are in the wrong.

Note:   I stopped depending on the Times for accuracy when they
published an article about how New York City's dialect was
disappearing.   Every expert they quoted seemed to me to be plainly
saying it was CHANGING rather than dying out.   (When was that
article?   I remember it was discussed on this list, not exactly
favorably.)
The newspaper I now depend on for accuracy is USA Today.
