DARE entry for pluff

DARE has an entry for "pluff" as an adjective, defined "Of mud: of a
fine, silty texture." The etymology says it's from a southwestern
English dialect term "pluff" or "pluffy" meaning soft or spongy. Our
regional label is "Chiefly SC."
