incomplete sentence

I have now spotted the same fragment in a variety of sources, so I am
going to assume it is authentic. This is one of the Republican comments
about their new America Speaks Out screw-up.

> House Republicans have tweeted five times as many as the House Democrats.

Something seems to be missing--and there is likely to be little argument
as to where the missing part should be--but the real question is what
caused it to go missing.
