Oh, yeah? Well, the First Amendment also says

"... peaceably to assemble..."

and *not*

"... to peaceably assemble..."

and nobody cares. (Well, *I* do. I refuse to disrespect the twelve
years that I spent learning the rules of proper English. ;-))
