Mad magazine collection searchability

[Michael Quinion]

I weep in mild frustration. The Mad Magazine and Rolling Stone collections
mentioned would be a useful addition to my e-bookshelf, but Amazon.com
refuses to sell them to me, since I'm based outside the US. If anyone
knows how to get round this problem, I'd be delighted to learn.
