I think both of these are the majority pronunciation at least on
network news:  "CHILL-ee" domesticated, "chih-LAY-an"
(pseudo-?)Hispanic-style.  I wouldn't have batted an ear hearing
either of these, or both in sequence, although "CHILL-ay" isn't that
rare.
