        I would guess that "tenant" here is a misspelling of "tenet,"
though "tenor" or "gist" is likely closer to the intended meaning.  The
limitations of spellcheck strike again.

        The link does not work for me.

AFAICT, this was written by the anonymous editor rather than a member of

general public.
