JEEP again

[Jonathan Lighter]

I spent months (OK, of and on) researching the etymology of "jeep" for the
_Atlantic Monthly_ in the 1990s, and I never once encountered this amusing
retroacronym.

Surely Sanchez wasn't suggesting that it's the real etymon.
