Green's Dictionary of Slang

Or, better yet, they could turn it into an ebook, and sell it through any of
the e-readers, like Amazon's very reliable Kindle. That way, with no paper,
printing, binding, distribution, or shipping costs (and no delays produced
by Indian manufacturers running out of paper), maybe the price could drop
enough to become accessible for independent scholars and enthusiasts who
would be willing to buy it if the price were significantly below $300.
Besides, electronic word-searching in a voluminous book like that would do
wonders.
