AmazonUS still has no internal record. There is an Out Of Print entry
claiming the publication date of Sept 24, 2009 with the picture of the
Chambers copy. There is no question that this is the same publication,
just a screwed up record.

AmazonUK still has a pre-pub order with price guarantee of £130.
(presumably to change any day now)

Given the title and the fact that the volumes are physically green, GDS
or GDOS seem most natural.  "Historical" does not appear in the main title.
