My error. Uh, I mean, "My bad," of course! The fact that the statement
was made with respect only to books published in the United States
somehow escaped my notice. Probably because I was concerned primarily
only with material published outside of The World that is of interest
to me, personally.

Unfortunately, WRT *those* books, my whinge is quite valid.
