There was a girl in an office where I worked. Her name was Cloris. We called
her the girl without "it".

I can easily take it (or rather, "those") to mean the latter -- a
large quantity of sex appeal. Something like Blanche's opinion of
herself in "Golden Girls". "Those" referring to some countable
physical attribute doesn't seem meant by Parker.
