at least I think it's likely to be a blend.

My wife is a librarian and reports that when she turned over the stack of books a six-year-old girl was checking out to get to the barcode and passed them back to her that way, the girl objected:  "I want them upside-side up!"  (Presumably = "right-side-up" influenced by "upside-down".)  Lots of hits on google, including "Upside Up Productions", although I can't remember ever hearing it in the wild.
