PRONUNCIATION:  (KO-shuhr)

This foespel notation has no name.  I call it DASH-spell. the above came in an email with a clickable speaker icon to hear it.  How would you say it was pronounced as foespeld above?   Turns out its ~koeshur (~oe as in "toe", ~u as in "fun").  Using letter "o" alone to indicate a sound is too confusing because it stands for so many.  Shows the need for a standard English based foespeleeng.
