[Tom Zurinskas]

There is something called ELF, Englsh as Lingua Franca.  The questioin is "Is the rest of the world to determine how English is to be spoken?  Should English teachers abroad teach EFL?  I don't think so.  I think ELF comes up short, but I don't know that much about it.
