Just trying to land ahead of the wave.  That will surely follow
yesterday's decision by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court
("the oldest continuously functioning appellate court in the Western
Hemisphere") that banks that foreclose on homes must have proof that
they own the mortgages *before* they foreclose.  Doh.  (Massachusetts
is one of about two dozen states that do not require judicial review
of foreclosures.  That will change this year, I'm sure.)

While this decision does not set a precedent for other states, it
almost certainly will be cited in their cases, and likely be accepted
by their courts.  That's part of the wave.  Another may be declines
in bank stocks.
