2011 WOTY nomination: "robosigner"

Does that mean, like Oscars (TM), it or they are now ineligible for
2011? I knew they arose in 2010 (but didn't check the nominations),
but I'm speculating that they will be even more in use this year as a
result of the Massachusetts court decision.
