Cockney Bible

Yesterday I talked about Cockney rhyming slang to my Etymology class and afterwards received the following note
from one of my students:

"If you're interested, there is a translation of the Bible (which I believe was endorsed by the Archbishop of Canterbury) in Cockney rhyming slang.  I tried to find a copy over winter break, but it is nearly impossible to come by (even online) at a reasonable price.
