from "blood libel" to "pogrom"

Well, this is not as exciting as "genocide", but Pat Buchanan manages to
pile on: there is a "lynch mob" after the conservatives.

  Well, at least, he qualified it with "something of"... In his prime,
he would have identified the "liberal cultural/intellectual/media elite"
(i.e., Jews) as that "lynch mob".
