First, we had the "nuclear option". Now we have a "guillotine motion".

This, of course, raises the ambiguous accusation of "constitutional
vandalism". Does this mean that the Constitution is being vandalized, or
is this vandalism in the name of the Constitution (like the alternate
name for the "nuclear option"--"constitutional option")? Yes, this is
merely a rhetorical question...
