At least into the '50's, when this correspondent - at 6'4" and 160# -
was nicknamed "Long Boy," by one of his partners, Leslie, when
_Leslie_ was still primarily, if not solely, a masculine name and
*not* the name of one of this correspondent's _nieces_!
