The usual Yiddish retort is, of course, "Kish'n tokhus!" or something akin
to it (tochis, tookhas, tukhs--whatever!). Of course, you'd never hear such
frivolity from my grandfather. His replacement was "Kish'n trahkt at r!" It was
only three decades later that I found out that the euphemism was actually
quite common. It means exactly what you think it means.
