Teachers are teaching"awe-dropping" in USA accent.

USA - ah-duh-MOE-div is shown in phonetic notation
The lady speaker also says awe-toe-MOE-tive and ah-toe-MOE-tiv
It's embarrassing. She says the word "jaw" as jah.
UK - awe-tuh-MOE-tiv is shown in phonetic notation
The lady is consistent in pronunciation but says "toe" instead of tuh.
WHICH IS RIGHT, the phonetic notation or the speaker?
The USA speakers for both m-w.com and thefreedictionary.com both say
ah-duh-MOE-div but the written phonetics for both is awe-tuh-MOE-tiv
It's a sad day for me to see such a change as awe-dropping.
