British accent or psychosis?

from http://neuro.psychiatryonline.org/cgi/content/full/19/1/70

In 2001, Reeves and Norton16 described an American schizophrenia patient without an identifiable brain lesion who had a British accent during an exacerbation of psychosis. The occurrence of his accent was closely related to the severity of his psychosis and resolved with its improvement.
