"admitted allegation"?

One other possibility is the finessing of "crime"--admitted conduct does
not necessarily constitute a crime. So "admitted allegations" may admit
the alleged conduct, but not necessarily recognize the conduct as
criminal. We've become hypertechinical on issues of criminal conduct. In
some instances it's a good thing. In others, it's just a reflect of the
litigious nature of our society. And I am not just talking about US.
