The same Dr. Drew show that mentioned "granny porn," "gonzo porn," and
"GILFs" also asserted the  existence of the term "granny-slayer," which the
guests defined as "like a cougar-hunter but they do it with grannies."

The experts at UrbanDictionary seem to think that it refers less to
"grannies" than to markedly unattractive women.

And I hope that's all I can remember from that episode.
