overlooked quotation

Which reminds me. On Fox News they like to say, in bitterly ironic tones,
"Blame America first!" It's what radical-liberals of the Democrat party do.

Not in YBQ.

1984 Jeanne Kirkpatrick in William Safire _Lend Me Your Ears_ (N.Y.: Norton,
2004) 1028: When our marines, sent to Lebanon on a multinational
peacekeeping mission with the consent of the United States Congress, were
murdered in their sleep, the "blame America first crowd" did not blame the
terrorists who murdered the marines - they blamed the United States. But
then, somehow, they always blame America first.
