1st conf on 2nd lang pronun

>From the 2009 1st Annual Conference on Pronunciation in Second Language Learning and Teaching (PSLLT).  Interesting articles.  I don't see where phonetic notation is mentioned.  To me it's the biggest problem of all.  It inhibits pronunciation work.
