Following the success of a series of "Unplugged" recordings, "unplugged"
has come to symbolized a type of setting vaguely resembling those of the
albums. The only problem is, it's not really possible to distill the
nature of those settings--other than the common element used in them,
going from electric to acoustic guitars. So this leads to odd
snowclonelet-type behavior, where "unplugged" is used in decidedly
plugged-in situations.

The post directs to a CNN video of an "informal" meeting between Hillary
Clinton and Hamid Karzai. Except that there is nothing informal about it
either...
