Steve Jobs also commented about a quotation that he read when he was
young that influenced his outlook on life. Below is a version of that
saying dated 1953 which I located. Barry Popik has now added this to
his webpage on the topic. Barry has a great precursor quote from
Horace.
Fred Allen (John F. Sullivan) was a comedian with a popular radio program.
