After Sarah Palin's lamestream experience on the Today show yesterday, Matt
Lauer asked her what she thought of it:

"Oh, organized *chaos*! I've always said that if everything's under
control, you're not going fast enough. Mario Andretti says it, too!"

Sounds like great minds think alike. GB takes it back to 1990.

It appears to be included in _A Dictionary of Idiocy_ (2003).
