Did Z. admit to "punks" before or after Owen informed the lawyers that
that's what he heard?

Yesterday Owen heard "close(d)" or "clothes," though he seemed not to be
sure.

(Context: Z. was speaking pretty calmly about "The back entrance"
immediately before the garble.)
