Access to American Speech archives

Has any other personal member of ADS (ie not a member via an institution)
had problems accessing the JSTOR archives of American Speech?

I've been trying for months to get access and am on the point of giving up
and cancelling my subscription. My user name and password give me access
to the American Speech pages at DUP and my computer allows cookies to be
set but the http://americanspeech.dukejournals.org/cgi/jstor link sends me
to an unformatted page headed "JSTOR" on which few of the links work. This
happens on three computers on two different sites. Customer support at
Duke Press has been unable to help.

Might a personal member who has been successful feel able to contact me
offline to talk me through how they get access?
