_wonky_ = "shady"?

Definitely need context for this one. There is absolutely no way to tell
what it means here. I see/hear "wonky" all the time, but never in the sense
"shady". It can mean "convoluted", "of interest only to wonks", but that's
not the same thing. Sorry!
